Because both of our time is valuable. You make an investment and a commitment, and so do I. I also prefer to handle all the business before our therapeutic time together and I like to honor that space of zen after your session!

Life happens! Just do so with courtesy. A 24 hour notice is required without penalty. Anything less you will be charged your session fee.

Come back sooner, tell someone about me, write a testimonial. Gratuity is completely optional. Since we handle biz first, I remove the pressure to feel obligated to tip! I HATE THAT after a relaxation session!!!

All Sessions are By Appointment Only.
I am a twin mom and a Tension Tamer to the Rockstars. On rare occasion, I may have a last-minute conflict in scheduling. If this affects our scheduled time together, I will notify you beforehand and reschedule at your earliest convenience.
I am a non-gratuity health-based business. Payment is handled before, versus after, any bodywork session. This is by design so that you remain in a “Zen state” for as long as you can. A large benefit is so you can easily create a self-care budget without factoring in extra gratuity. You have the option to pay for your session in full at the time of scheduling.
Cancellation Policy is 48 hours. Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment may result in forfeiting your payment. Of course, life happens and I’m a reasonable person, please just be courteous and stay in communication.
Forms of payment accepted: PayPal & Venmo (@heyjennijo), all major credit cards, check & cash.
I do not handle insurance claims but can provide receipts of services if requested in advance.
Before we begin your session, we’ll discuss your goals for the massage or Yamuna® Body Rolling (YBR) Session. Depending on your specific needs or requests, I will customize my treatment plan to meet those goals, each and every session.
Contraindications to Massage & YBR Bodywork: Massage and bodywork may not be advised for certain medical conditions, such as fever, which indicates an infection. If a session is potentially harmful to a client’s condition, the therapist has the right to decline the session. Payment can be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
This is a strictly non-sexual session. If inappropriate behavior or comments are exchanged, the session will be ended immediately. The client agrees to forfeit payment.
